Hiiiiii, Reader❤️❤️❤️ I forgot to add this in my last email FREE Ebook - 23 Legal Mistakes Entrepreneurs Make (affiliate link) Legal Template - Comprehensive Legal Bundles (affiliate link) this is from the post I shared in the Digital Discovery Community and I also want to share it here with you guys. The youtube video I just found! 🤯. Although the creator is not new, I've been followed her for a long time! I hope this message finds you all doing great! I want to take a moment to remind everyone about the importance of creating and selling your unique products safely and legally while being aware of copyright issues. Today, I found a YouTube video that prompted me to address this topic, as it highlights several important points that everyone should be aware of. Please remember, I’m not a lawyer, and this is not legal advice; it’s simply to help you navigate the creative landscape and protect your work. Just a heads up—my platform, including the learning portal and any materials I send your way, might include affiliate links. While I’m not a super fan of Creative Fabrica, I do use it personally. If you disagree with my approach, that’s totally okay! You can always check out the seller profiles yourself. I personally like some sellers on Creative Fabrica, and many of them also sell on Etsy, so feel free to support them there if that aligns with your preferences. It's important to remember that Creative Fabrica is a marketplace with many different sellers and designers. Some of the assets available may have originated from elsewhere. To play it safe, make sure to modify your final products by combining elements from different sellers or sources to create something truly unique. Now, obviously, I’m not a lawyer, English is my second language or even third haha, and sometimes all the legal jargon can be a bit of a headache! So, my best tip is to always edit and modify what you use; don’t sell something that’s exactly the same as someone else’s work. Oh! Just in case you haven’t seen it yet, I’ve also posted some helpful information in our learning portal. Creative Fabrica Links:
Thanks for being a part of our community! Let’s keep creating and supporting one another!
